These hand-rolled paper bead clutches are made by Rose, the daughter and caretaker of Jaja Manjeri, one of the elderly in our program. The purchase of one of these ornaments will help Rose to continue to take care of her mother and her children.
The beads are varnished so there is no risk of damage from water. The inside fabric of all three bags is a blue, black, and white kitenge. They are approximately 7 inches wide by 4 inches tall by 1 inch wide. They have assorted beads as a way to hang them.
